I think I found all the issues with the 3.3 compatibility problem. I spent a good portion of my day off attending to it. Hope it works for everyone now. :o

I see that they have made a change on how they handle users in their WP_User class.. Fortunately PHP lets you overload methods so I think I have figured out a work around. I have only tested this...
