An issue with the wp-admin

So I got everything up and running, except for one thing:

I'm getting a conflict when I go to log into the wp-admin. It's not using my vbulletin user name/ password to log into the cpanel....

I'm not that great with php, so I do a lot of trial and error, but this error was crashing my header and post info. Disabling error messages would fix it?
