How to import Users?

Hey! It`s me again (:

The Mod is working correct now, but i have to deinstall it for the moment. I`v got a last, but important question.

I have already a Wordpress-Blog with about 2000 User. So - i want to get all of them into the new (!) vBulletin-Bord. So i google around and i found just one solution. I have to install bbPress 0.9.1 or phpBB3.x and then import the users with vBulletin impex intro the vb-Database.

Is this right? I can not use the bride to import users to vb? So i have to do this "strange way"?

You should be able to use impex import to import your wordpress users into vbulletin directly. In fact a user did that today here:

I don't believe there was a major change in how users were stored between v2.8+ and v3.x
