So.... I have the bridge installed
And have mapped registered users so that they can make comments, and moderators as Editors. I made a test moderator login in vbulletin and logged in with it. When I went to make a post, WP prompted me for the username and password.... I used the username and password from vbulletin and was denied.
Also is this bridge supposed to bring profile information like avatars into WP assuming I am able to login to WP successfully with VB credentials? |

The bridge does NOT work in the WP admncp. Please re-read:

Ok, but I'm confused as to how I do these things.

Please do forgive me for my ignorance on this hack. I could go and read many pages of info about the old hack at vb.org, but that won't help me with this version.
So if I map let's say moderators in as Editors, what do I have to do in order to have them contribute posts? How do I "Link their user names to their VB member page." |

I think I'm going to try the old unsupported version for now.

There seems to be quite a few satisfied customers over on vb.org. I did have to change one function call that was deprecated in WP 3.1. What will it break? Will it corrupt my forums?

Users who post in the admin cp will be confused for other users because the wrong username will show, if any username shows at all. There are other areas of the wp admin that will give you "You do not have permission" errors.
Note, most of the "satisfied users" are using older versions of WP. Use at you're own risk. |

Hmmm, I've put in a request for a paid modification of your original hack.
