How do I make a tab available on navbar??

Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place, Firstly thank you for your work with this product, it's great!
I have wordpress as my main site and I want to link my forum on the navbar like
(Home, Reviews, Forums, Previes, etc). And want it to load within the wordpress site and not open in a new tab.
Also I would like to know how to just place it in that navbar aswell if the above is not known, Thanks
